Our accessibility target, what we have tested so far, what we have not, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Our target
Praesidia aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on this website (praesidia.ai) and in the Praesidia web app (app.praesidia.ai).
Current status
We have not yet completed a full evaluation against WCAG 2.2 AA, so we do not claim conformance. The Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT® 2.5 INT) lists every Level A and AA success criterion and marks each one “Not evaluated” unless recorded test evidence supports a different rating.
How we test today
- Website: our automated test suite runs WCAG 2.2 A and AA checks (axe-core) on more than 35 pages, including one page for each content template, at phone and desktop widths, and in the dark theme for the main pages. The same run checks that the skip link is the first keyboard stop and moves focus into the main content, that no element overflows the screen at 320 px wide, and that the mobile menu works by keyboard with a visible focus ring. Any new violation fails the run; the list of accepted exceptions is empty.
- Web app: automated WCAG 2.2 A and AA checks run on five screens: sign-up, the privacy page, the agent list, billing subscription and billing payment. Violations of any severity fail the run. Accessibility lint rules run on the web app’s source code as errors.
Known limitations
- No manual review, screen-reader or other assistive-technology testing, and no independent audit has been recorded yet. Automated checks find only part of the issues WCAG covers.
- Web app screens other than the five listed above have not been evaluated.
- The visual workflow and graph canvas, embedded frames from third-party services (payment fields and sign-in windows), and the in-app feedback dialog are excluded from the automated web app checks and have not been evaluated.
- The SDKs, command-line tools, API documentation files and downloadable documents have not been evaluated.
