Evaluation methods used
- Automated WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules (axe-core) run in a real browser. Website: more than 35 pages, including one page for each content template, at 375 px and 1280 px wide, with a second dark-theme pass on the main pages; the list of accepted exceptions is empty. Web app: five screens (sign-up, privacy page, agent list, billing subscription, billing payment), failing on violations of any severity.
- Scripted website checks on the same pages: skip link, element overflow at 320 px, 375 px, 390 px and 1280 px, and keyboard operation of the mobile menu.
- Accessibility lint rules enforced as errors on the web app source code.
