What to include:
- The type of request (access, rectification, erasure, or a question).
- The account email or organization the request concerns, so we can locate the records.
- Whether you are contacting us as an account holder or on behalf of a customer organization.
Vulnerability reports
Reproducible security issues in praesidia.ai, the dashboard, the API and MCP endpoints, or our SDKs.
What to include:
- The affected asset (URL, endpoint, SDK, or hostname).
- A clear description of the issue and its potential impact.
- Reproduction steps or a non-destructive proof of concept, using only accounts and data you own.
