From authentication pioneers to AI security
Our founding team spent over a decade building authentication and access management platforms together. They co-founded companies, shipped products, and saw those products trusted by some of the most security-conscious institutions and enterprises across Europe.
When AI agents started proliferating, connecting to external services, calling APIs, and chaining with other agents, the team recognized a familiar problem: the same identity and security gaps they had spent years solving in traditional software were now appearing in AI infrastructure, only faster and with higher stakes.
Praesidia was founded with a clear mission: bring the same rigor, transparency, and trust that critical institutions demand to the rapidly growing world of AI infrastructure. Not by retrofitting old tools, but by building security from the ground up for how AI systems actually work.

Every action is recorded in an append-only audit trail you can review — nothing about what your agents did happens off the record — and cryptographic tamper-evidence is available when you turn it on.

Data sovereignty
Praesidia is an EU company operating under GDPR. The current production host and every provider in the data path are listed openly on our service provider inventory, and data-residency options are discussed during evaluation.
