The shared service every organization runs on
Every Praesidia organization today runs on a single shared, multi-tenant SaaS service — the only deployment mode currently in production. Every request is scoped to the calling organization.
Each organization is assigned one of three residency regions (EU, US, or AP) when its account is created. Requests are served only from the deployment configured for that organization's assigned region, and a request that doesn't match is refused. The regional assignment cannot be changed through any customer-facing API. Which regions are live in production today is not published on this page — see the Trust Center.

A single-tenant instance, provisioned per engagement
Dedicated is a single-tenant instance of the same platform, provisioned for one organization. It is scoped and provisioned per signed engagement, not a self-serve purchase, and no dedicated instance is in production today — talk to us to discuss whether it fits your requirements.
Customer-VPC, self-hosted, and private connectivity
Customer-VPC (BYOC), self-hosted, and private network connectivity (PrivateLink, peering, or VPN) are directions we can discuss for qualifying enterprise engagements. None of these is a shipped deployment mode today, and this page makes no capability claim for them beyond that conversation — contact us to talk through requirements.
Support severities, response times, and which cloud accounts a non-SaaS engagement would run in are commercial terms agreed directly with the customer, not published as a fixed list here.
